With our products, we always strive to respond flexibly to our customers' requirements, and therefore rely on a high level of vertical integration within our company. This means that we manufacture a large portion of the components for our agricultural machinery and equipment ourselves. In addition to our own products, we also sell and repair agricultural machinery (tractors, attachments, etc.) from other manufacturers.
This work requires a great deal of specialist knowledge and craftsmanship, which is why we primarily rely on highly trained skilled workers who are trained in our apprenticeship program.
We offer the following apprenticeships:
- Vehicle construction technician (apprenticeship period 3.5 years or 4 years with optional specialization)
- Agricultural machinery mechanic (apprenticeship period 3.5 years)
- Mechanical engineering technician (apprenticeship period 3.5 years or 4 years with optional specialization)
