    Josef and Katharina Rauch buy the hoof and cart smithy at the Musterplatz in Hippach in the Zillertal and make an important contribution to supplying the mountain farmers during the war years.

    Franz and Rosa Stöckl take over the family business. In addition to farriery, repairs and the manufacture of carts, tools and other forging work, the first machines for the modernised agriculture of the post-war period are also sold, laying the foundations for further development into the industrial age.
